No. AFS has computers in the classroom with both Lightroom and Photoshop installed and ready to go. You don't need to purchase any software. Just bring your photos on a USB drive or have them accessible via cloud storage.

Absolutely. Each day is designed to stand on its own. Day 1 (Lightroom) covers organizing and editing your photos efficiently. Day 2 (Photoshop) covers retouching, compositing, and creative effects. You can take one or both.

Not at all. This is an intro-level workshop designed for beginners. We start from the very basics — importing photos, understanding the interface — and build up to practical editing workflows you can use immediately.

Yes, bring photos you've taken that you want to improve. Working on your own images makes the learning more relevant and you'll leave with edited portfolio pieces. We also have sample files available if needed.

We keep it to around 20 students so everyone gets hands-on help. The instructor walks the room and helps you individually with your specific photos and editing challenges.

You'll have a solid foundation in both programs and practical workflows you can use immediately. Like any skill, mastery takes practice — but you'll leave knowing exactly what to do and how to do it. Our full Photography Program goes much deeper if you want to continue.
